We distribute electricity to homes and other properties in Vantaa around the clock, every day of the year.
We take care of electricity lines, cables and everything related to the functioning of the electricity network. We know our responsibilities and comply with, e.g. the principle of non-discrimination prescribed in the Electricity Market Act. This means that we act in a fair and equal way towards all our customers.
We have a large number of customers and a lot of cable.
We serve about 130,000 electricity distribution customers and take care of an electricity distribution network that stretches over 3,500 kilometres. We build the electricity network with our partners, meter our customers’ electricity consumption and deliver the energy data to the electricity vendors.
We are good at what we do. The average power outage time per customer was only 3.5 minutes in 2019.
